I started drawing to make sense of the world and never really stopped.

What began as quiet sketches has grown into a feminist practice of visual storytelling. I use illustration to centre care, challenge power, and make complex ideas feel personal. My work has supported campaigns, workshops, and research across various themes, including sexual health rights, climate justice, and decolonisation.

Beyond illustration, I work as a communications consultant and researcher, helping organisations turn research into accessible formats and build narratives rooted in justice. My work has been published, presented globally, and shaped in collaboration with movements, collectives, and UN agencies across Asia and the Pacific.

With over five years in gender and development, I bring a self-taught, politically grounded approach to storytelling as a tool for connection, strategy, and change.

Designing multilingual campaigns, advocacy toolkits, and digital strategy for youth rights and SRHR.     Revamped the organisation’s website to improve usability and visibility, leading to a 70% increase in online engagement. Led the Rising Resilience social media campaign to grow outreach, streamlined content scheduling and analytics, and increased newsletter subscriptions fivefold.     India Lead Researcher | 2024–25
    Conducting cross-country research (India, Kenya, Bangladesh) on decolonising feminist foreign policy. Co-authored a published paper and policy recommendations presented in Madrid in 2025.

    World YWCA – RiseUp! Initiative
    Lead Researcher | 2023–24
    Led participatory research with 50+ youth from marginalised communities (Dalit, Adivasi, queer, and disabled). Developed social media toolkits and presented findings at CSW and the UN Summit of the Future.

    Research Consultant | 2022
    Co-authored a discussion paper based on consultations with young feminist organisers and donors. Presented findings to UN Generation Equality stakeholders.

    The Pleasure Project – 100 Stories of Pleasure Fellowship
    Fellow | Grant: $1000
    Selected as one of 10 global fellows to explore pleasure-based approaches to SRHR storytelling. Developed and illustrated a visual storytelling project, 100 Stories of Pleasure, focused on reclaiming sexual rights and joy from a feminist lens. The project contributed to broader advocacy on stigma-free, pleasure-positive SRHR education and was featured by The Pleasure Project.
