I was commissioned to create real-time visual recordings for a series of workshops focused on integrating gender equality and inclusion into the Artificial Intelligence for Development (AI4D) research network, supported by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).

My illustrations captured key themes such as:

• The intersection of feminist values and AI systems

• Practical tools and questions to embed equity and accountability in AI design and policy

• Challenges around bias, representation, and colonial legacies in AI research

• Collective visions for more inclusive, feminist tech futures

These visuals helped participants reflect, connect ideas across sessions, and contributed to the final public knowledge outputs by Gender at Work.
