Voices from the ground on Earth Day: how sexual and environmental well-being are connected

For Earth Day 2022, I created visual storytelling assets to accompany RFSU’s public statement on the inextricable links between climate justice and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

The work captured key advocacy messages, including:

  • How the climate crisis disproportionately affects women, girls, and marginalised communities

  • The importance of integrating SRHR into climate action and policy frameworks

  • A feminist call for systemic change that centers care, equity, and bodily autonomy in climate responses

My illustrations helped amplify the message across social media and campaign platforms, making the content more accessible and emotionally resonant for global audiences.
