I live-visually documented this three-day global conference, which brought together women human rights defenders (WHRDs), peacebuilders, and political leaders to share strategies for advancing the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda.

Through live graphic recording, I captured key conversations around:

• Capacity building and cross-border solidarity among WHRDs

• Creative and effective implementation strategies for peacebuilding

• Engaging religious actors and the private sector in gender-responsive humanitarian work

• Strengthening regional women’s networks to influence national and global policy

The illustrations supported dialogue, fostered shared memory, and turned complex exchanges into accessible, lasting visual narratives.
