Gender & Decolonization
These graphic recordings were created for a reflective learning space hosted by GIZ on addressing colonial continuities and advancing gender-transformative development cooperation. The sessions brought together practitioners to critically examine power, privilege, and the structural challenges that persist within global development systems.
Through a series of three illustrated panels, I captured the lived realities, institutional critiques, and collective strategies shared by participants. The visuals explore how colonial legacies show up in daily work, and how organisations can take meaningful steps toward anti-racist, equitable, and decolonial practices.
This project reflects my commitment to using visual storytelling as a tool for dialogue, reflection, and transformative change in institutional spaces.
