Women, Voice, Leadership

As part of the Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) programme in the Caribbean, I created graphic recordings to document a series of cross-country learning conversations. These sessions brought together feminist leaders, grassroots organisers, and regional stakeholders to reflect on care, leadership, and the politics of feminist evaluation.

My role was to listen deeply and translate the dialogue into live visual summaries—in English and French—that could hold both conceptual depth and lived experience. These graphics helped participants see patterns across regions, bridge language gaps, and revisit key themes with clarity.

The visual documentation was later used in programme reports, reflection workshops, and internal learning spaces, strengthening the programme’s commitment to accessibility, cross-cultural learning, and feminist practice.
